The 1891-CC Morgan Dollar is a great coin that collectors must have. Most of the strikes are good, but some can be bad while almost all of them have great luster, so finding a very nice looking one should be pretty simple. The 1891-CC was minted 1,618,000. VAM-3 is very common to find and features a gouge mark right below the eagle's beak. It is often referred to as a "Spitting Eagle". The 1891-CC Morgan Silver Dollar is worth a bit less than $400 in MS-60 and then about $38,000 in MS-67.
