The 1880 Morgan Silver Dollar

1880 was the third year that the Morgan Silver Dollar was minted. At Philadelphia, 12,601,355 were minted, 591,000 at Carson City, 5,305,000 at New Orleans, and 8,900,000 at San Francisco. There were two error varieties 1880CC with an 1878 reverse and 1880 over 79-CC. Some varieties of this year can be worth up to $75,000 according to PCGS.
