In MS-60, the 1891 Silver Dollar is worth $50 and then the value goes up around $40,000 in MS-67 due to the rareness of finding a coin in this grade. The value of the Proof 1891 however, is about average even though it has a low mintage. A PF-60 is worth a bit more than a $1,000, while a PF-67 will go for about $20,000, maybe a little more. VAM-2 and VAM-2A are the coins to look out for as with these coins the ear is doubled and VAM-2A has a die break that resembles a mustache.
